We’re now nearing the end of January but have we managed to stick to being dry? Lets face it, even if we have caved in and had the odd glass or two of wine or a pint we’re still feeling better for it. And we’ve probably lost a little bit of weight and just been a little bit more aware of what we’ve been eating.
So will all our good work continue for the rest of the year? Only time will tell and in the meantime we can still have a guilt free pack of jerky or biltong or two to snack on.
