Meatsnacks Group are delighted that our site in Forres has been awarded the challenging version 7 BRC Certification. This means that our suppliers can be sure that our jerky site will guarantee food safety quality and integrity to our suppliers and consumers. Our site in Milton Keynes currently holds version 6 BRC Certification.
BRC (British Retail Consortium) is a global standard for food safety that is used worldwide. It provides food manufacturers with a framework to assist with the production of safe food to manage product quality to meet customers’ requirements.
