What a great first weekend to the Six Nations Rugby Challenge. With wins for all the home nations there’s still plenty to play for.
With the Six Nations upon us we may be more inclined to go out and give rugby a try for ourselves too. If you are taking to the rugby pitch remember to take along some biltong with you. This high protein snack makes for great post-game pick me up to help your muscles repair. Plus, biltong won’t go off in your bag if you forget about until your next training session (we’ve all found that squashed, quite brown banana lurking at the bottom of a bag).
So, get the biltong in and ready for the next set of games in this year’s Six Nations on the 11th February.
