Salmon jerky extends the range of high protein snacks from the Meatsnacks Group which includes beef and chicken jerky and beef biltong. Salmon jerky is high in protein and Omega3 and also gluten free with lower calories. Wild West Salmon jerky is only 119 calories per pack and perfect for many dietary requirements.
Wild West Salmon Jerky was developed in-house at the Meatsnacks Group. It launched nationwide into Sainsbury’s in January 2018 and is now exported to Europe, Hong Kong and Canada.
