We asked Bronwyn what she eats and drinks to achieve her goals.
Bronwyn’s diet is balanced and includes lots of meat (chicken, steak, biltong), fish and eggs, vegetables, brown rice, milk, nuts, peanut butter; oatcakes and lots of water.
She told us protein helps to repair damaged muscle fibres after a workout. It also keeps you fuller for longer which will stop you from snacking on junk food.
Bronwyn loves riding her motorbike – her Cruga packs are the perfect on-the-road snack as they can fit into her jacket pocket very comfortably. She has all the nutrition she needs without any bulky-packaging.
