Use of the Site includes accessing, browsing, or registering to use the Site and all associated web pages.

1.3 By accessing or using the Site or otherwise indicating your consent, you agree to be bound by these terms of use and the documents referred to in these terms of use.

2.1 The Site is operated by MEATSNACKS GROUP LTD (we, us or our). We are a limited company registered in England and Wales with company registration number 06242292. Our registered office is at 2 Tilers Road, Kiln Farm, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, MK11 3LH.

2.2 References to us in these terms of use also includes our group companies from time to time.


3.1 By using the Site, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them.

3.2 The Site is for your personal non-commercial use only.

3.3 You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the Site and all costs and expenses you may incur in relation to your use of the Site.

3.4 You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Site through your internet connection are aware of these terms of use and that they comply with them.

3.5 We seek to make the Site as accessible as possible. If you have any difficulties using the Site, please contact us.

3.6 We may prevent or suspend your access to the Site if you do not comply with any part of these terms of use, any terms or policies to which they refer, or any applicable law.

6.3.2 be genuinely held (where it states opinions); and

6.3.3 comply with all applicable law in the United Kingdom and in any country from which it is posted.

6.4.1 be defamatory of any person;

6.4.2 be obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory;

6.4.3 promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age or any other protected characteristic under the Equality Act 2010;

6.4.4 disclose the name, address, telephone, mobile or fax number, e-mail address or any other personal information in respect of any individual other than where you have the express permission of that individual to disclose such information subject to and in accordance with these terms of use;

6.4.5 infringe any copyright, database right or trade mark of any other person;

6.4.6 breach any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence;

6.4.7 be in contempt of court;

6.4.8 be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person;

6.4.9 impersonate any person, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person;

6.4.10 advocate, promote, incite any third party to commit, or assist any unlawful or criminal act; or

6.4.11 contain a statement which you know or believe, or have reasonable grounds for believing, that members of the public to whom the statement is, or is to be, published are likely to understand as a direct or indirect encouragement or other inducement to the commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorisms.

6.5 Where information or material submitted to or through the Site in our opinion breaches these terms of use, we may at our sole discretion take all or any of the following actions:

6.5.1 investigation of the identity of the person responsible for submitting such information or material and the circumstances surrounding the submission of such information or material, in respect of which you undertake to provide us with confirmation of your identity and any other information we may require in connection therewith and to cooperate with us fully;

6.5.2 immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal or removal of the information or material or your ability to access to the Site;

6.5.3 issuing a warning to you;

6.5.4 raising legal proceedings against you for recovery of all costs, losses or penalties resulting from the breach;

6.5.5 raising further legal action against you;

6.5.6 disclosing such information to law enforcement authorities or relevant third parties as we reasonably feel is necessary or as required by law; or

6.5.7 such other action as we reasonably deem appropriate.

6.6 We will not be responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any Content posted by you or any other user of the Site. The views expressed by other users on the Site do not represent our views or values.

6.7 While we try to make sure that the Site is secure, we cannot guarantee the security of any information that you supply to us and therefore we cannot guarantee that it will be kept confidential. For that reason, you should not let us have any patentable ideas or patent applications, advertising or marketing suggestions, prototypes, or any other information that you regard as confidential, commercially sensitive or valuable (Unwanted Submissions). While we value your feedback, you agree not to submit any Unwanted Submissions.

6.8 We may use any Unwanted Submissions as we see reasonably fit on a free-of-charge basis (bear in mind that we have no way of knowing whether such information is confidential, commercially sensitive or valuable because we do not monitor the Site to check for these matters). Therefore, we will not be legally responsible for keeping any Unwanted Submissions confidential nor will we be legally responsible to you or anybody else for any use of such Unwanted Submissions.

We shall have no liability to you for any breach of these terms of use caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial disputes; breakdown of systems or network access; or flood, fire, explosion or accident.


No one other than a party to these terms of use has any right to enforce any of these terms of use.

15.1 If you are a consumer, please note that these terms of use, their subject matter and formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

15.2 If you are a business, these terms of use, their subject matter and formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
